This week we have to write about 2 of our colleagues blog posts that we are most interested in and use a quote from each individual. The fist person I chose is Sam Beck. Her blogs are always amazng and well written but his is the one that stuck out to me the most. Her blog on "Male Vs. Women Stereotyping". In her blog she said this one thing that stuck  out to me the most  "For women, however, because they are the minority and traditionally have not socially had the power that men have, when they are stereotyped, those stereotypes do more damage because they are treated differently by those who "have the power"". This stuck  out to me the most because I totally agree with what she says. Women have not socially had the power that men have. We are more damaged by the stereotypes because of that. I totally agree. 

            The next persons blog that I chose was Kimetric Parks. His blogs are always motivational to me. The one blog that stuck out to me the most was the one about "Patients". The one thing that stuck out to me the most in this blog was "In anything you do you have to be patient and be calm,and wait for your opportunity to come. Never rush into things that you don't know about or have any clue what could be the outcome of it."  He is absolutely right about everything that he has said. Patients is a virtue. Many say that they want it now but without patients can you get it without messing up or being afraid of the outcome?
