How to make my writing more emphatic

I will start making my writing more emphatic by putting the main idea in the beginning to keep the readers informed. I will also make a clear thesis so that the reader may understand the reasoning behind my writing. Following my thesis I will be sure to make the following paragraphs flow with the main idea and not get off track of what the essay is about. That is how I will make my writings more emphatic.
